Service Description

Surrogacy is a legal agreement whereby a woman referred to as the the surrogate mother agrees to be pregnant and deliver on behalf of another person(s) who will be the legal parents of the said child upon delivery hereinafter called the commissioning parents. The surrogacy process is regulated by Chapter 19 of the Children’s Act and the parties wishing to explore the route of surrogacy need to comply with the requirements as set out in the Act.
