There are many reasons why people divorce and each case differs from the other however whatever reasons that may be, same must have brought about the irretrievable breakdown of the marriage. The court may allow mediation in instances where it appears the marriage has not broken down irretrievably and there are reasonable prospects of reconciliation between them.
