Service Description

The primary purpose of conveyancing is to ensure that the property is transferred in a legal manner and in the relevant Deeds office. In South Africa, only an attorney who is also admitted as a Conveyancer of the High Court can deal with the transfer of property. The Conveyancer will be responsible for drafting the appropriate documentation and deeds detailing amongst other things, the parties involved , the property in question, the type of transaction [ for example whether it is a sale, or estate], the amount paid etc.
